Sent me someone elses documents when i finished paying off my car!! Ouch

Was sent the final payment letter etc from when i finished paying off my vehicle finance but you sent me someone elses documentation for a TOTALLY DIFFERENT CAR!!!! Come on guys. (Privacy for what?)

Also i can't seem to log onto your website to somehow get my final proof of purchase letter for my vehicle.
