Self fianance

As a Wesbank customer, I did apply for self finance and was assisted by Claudia Louw. This was such a terrible experience, I hade to ask for feedback and still she did not rep****, only after Khumalo from FNB phone her on teams she phone me back. This was like a roller-coaster ride and the seller decided to cancel the deal after everything was approve. I lost the deal because of *********** employees at Wesbank. I would never again apply thru Wesbank, and will never revert any one to you.
