SEETLEMENTS

I called last week during the week and needed assistance with my monthly installments. I currently have 3 years left to pay the car and needed to know how much i would need to pay if i pay it off within 2 years and also 1 year, I spoke to Tshego and he gave me the amount of R3400+- (2 years)and advised him that i will call back on after the 25th since the mag tape has gone off, yesterday I called to make the change take effect as of the 25th of September and I spoke to Zinhle (arrogant as ever), and she redid the calculations and told me that i will be paying R4305 in 2 years and R8610 +- in one year. It seems as though both agents have no clue on how to calculate the billing. Can you please send me an email with the correct amounts.
