I cancelled a scratch and dent cover which was provided by Wesbank but they ddnt cancel it,i only find out now when one of their consultant called me to tell me that my scratch and dents 24 months contract is expiring,this company has been deducting wrong amount for 2 years,i called them for my refund and they still have not pay me back, records show that i did cancel it but it was the fault of their worker who ddnt finalize my cancellation.i hate this company and i will never use it again and i will never recommend it to anyone

05 Jan 2023, 10:13I have called again early in the morning by pass 9 and i got a rude consultant who refused to give me her surname,speaking very fast so that i can't hear it.you are the worse company ever.i can't wait to finish paying you..i will never use this wesbank again
