****, unprofessional and downright disrespectful
Following numerous engagements, communiques and email's explaining delays to Wesbank and ColSol division, we are rudely met by Specialised Collections Agents people at work claiming upliftment, even after Noluthando Dlephu sent a written email confirming extension she has granted. This is bullying of the worst kind and being made to negotiate under duress. Wesbank constantly delays in finalising the refinance process and nobody, none of the agents we speak to are keen to assist but merely directs us to new applications. These antics are tiring, you would swear the car in question is in arrears but not a single certain, all we are awaiting for is change of ownership and refinance under a different name. Why doesn't Noluthando verify info first with the new application division (something I suggested on my email) before sending out agents. We cannot allow private companies to threaten people's livelihood and jobs because of delays in processing applications and also going against their written confirmation of extension! This is wrong and not in line with provisions of the various acts under the countries consumer laws. Utterly disgusted at this disservice & being made to a *****
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and affording us the opportunity to address this issue comprehensively.
According to our records, the refinance application was only tendered following the deployment of a field agent even though we were advised that this was done 13 months ago. The estate Executors have been given until 31 July 2015 to finalise the refinance application with the matter provisionally withdrawn from repossession temporarily.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.
Yours faithfully,
WesBank
