sale of Written of Car

I bought a car on 15 Jan 2018. The car broke down in May. I took it in and my insurance discovered that the car had been written in 2017 and was not roadworthy. It shouldnt have been sold to me. All this information was not shared with me when i bought the vehicle.

I reported this to Wesbank and after 2 months of back and forth, Wesbank is refusing to cancel this contract. Wesbank informed that the dealership did not act ethically and violated several of bank compliance when selling this car to me but still they do not uplift.

I am still being debiting for a car that is not in my possession. This matter has been going on for 2 months.
