Sad ex customer that has been with FNB/Wesbank 31 years

I was trying to finance a car but was rejected as I did not have enough funds to pay. I have been paying R2600 a month for 6 years when my car was written off in an accident. The account was settled and don't owe anything. Upon financing a second hand car where the repayments would of been R2300 I was rejected. When filling in the form I was truthful in my expenses even though my wife pays half the bond and other things which I pay and get cash back for to use somewhere else. It looks like if I had been dishonest then I would of got finance. Other institutions are all to happy for my business even as small as it is.
