Terrible service, being transferred to 10 different people when I call in.
Kindly send me a letter that my account is closed.
Laid an official complaint with Wesbank and you are not taking it serious!

Terrible service to say the least, if you want to speak to a manager, they are in meetings or not available.
Unacceptable!
I don;t recommend Wesbank to anyone, be aware - no customer service, and they don't take complaints seriously.
