Rude/Threatening Agent - Luisa

<p>My fiance was contacted by the above mentioned individual, she is very rude firstly, no business etiquette whatsoever. He works for an employer that doesn't allow for the use of mobile phones during working hours and lunches and breaks are not always on time on schedule. He advised her that he is driving, can she call back after 12h00. When he didn't answer, she didn't leave a message or anything. Today she sent him a message threatening to file a section 97 against him. When I tried to call her, she was rude to me too and she threatened to have our car reported. Then threw the phone down in my ear. I will be making contact with a lawyer. I called to get information to resolve the issue and that is how I get treated. </p>
