Road Protect is Useless

I do not know if it has been my luck, but lately the level of service I have gotten for FNB and Wesbank third party services have been outrageous. I used the licence renewal service on the Wesbank page, paid this Road Protect company, send my personal information to them and the next thing they send me an automated message telling me that they could not renew my licence disk due to three reason but not limited to them. Isn't that if they really did apply for renewal, there would be specific reasons why it is not authorised, and they owe it to me to tell me why. Secondly, they said they will refund me my money, and this has not happened. No indication of how long it would take to process this refund whatsoever.

So Wesbank, can you please stop referring us to these *********** people. Thought choosing convenience was the way, but there are somethings that one has to do himself.
