Ridiculous ‘escalation’ amounts/fees 😡

I have been calling Wesbank Vehicle Finance Department to no assistance at all. They are just unproffessional and ********* to customers. We always have to write here for anything to be addressed. Very annoying. If they cannot assist their customers why do they still keeping this Department. They must just do away with it. It’s frustrating. I need Wesbank to explain to me the escalation fees that are on my statement. These escalation fees are even more than the car repayment. It is clear that i will never finish this debt if this continue this way. They need to explain what are these fees.
