Request for Wesbank motor finance refund

To whom it may concern, I once had an account with Wesbank motor vehicle finance and it was handed over to MBD. I settled the account and I paid the settlement amount before the next debit order had to take. I then called MBD for refund because they debited after having settled the account. I then called MBD offices and was informed that the money has been handed back to Wesbank motor vehicle finance and they gave me the number to call. When I called the number, the person who called said they don't work with Wesbank, but Direct Axis.

I would appreciate if Wesbank motor vehicle finance can refund me.
