repossession of the vehicle

I bought a car in 2011 Dec and I paid instalments regularly until I missed Dec 2013 and Dec 2014. Now I received a call from Wesbank saying they're repossessing the car. Then later on some guy who called himself Wesbank agent called saying he's comingfor rrepossession, but when I asked him about the court he doesn't have. The worst thing is I've been paying this car for almost 48 months to receive such treatment. I'm appalled by wesbank because they never contacted me on this intention.
