Repo Car for peanuts

I am very unhappy and sad. I had to give my car back to Wesbank, because I was retrenched and pregnant. I were not able to catch up the 6 months that was outstanding - so I decide to willingly give my vehicle back!

Now - I got a sms that my car 's VALUE is R65'000 - WHAT????!!!! Those cars with the SAME kilo's is still selling for R140'000. What is wrong with these people?! How will I ever pay the balance if they want to sell or value my car for peanuts. This is Ridiculous . I can not leave it here.... NOBODY will be satisfied with this....

Thank you for your concerns highlighted. A number of factors are taken into account when an evaluation is done, however the selling price is not determined by the valuation. However you can be rest assured that the Bank will still attempt to sell the vehicle at the highest possible price, to the highest bidder in order to recover most of the debt. You will then be liable for the remaining shortfall.
We will refer this matter to the respective management to contact you and discuss the matter further.
Kind regards
