Renault and Wesbank are **********

The beginning of the year 2020 Renault Fourways consultant Lesley Paul sold me a Renault Clio 2018 registered as a 2020 registered car.. According to the Lesley Paul, the car was still new as it didn’t have an owner. The car had 39kms and I believed that it was still new.The documentations I signed stated that the car is 2020 only to find out when I went to a different Renault garage that the car was actually first registered in 2018.and this was after the car has started giving me problems

When I got to the garage the consultant Bert Bornman checked the vin number and told me that he cannot assist me as the car has lost its warranty. The car was registered in 2018 July 30 and it has never been to service hence it lost its warranty. He Advised that I take the car back to the dealership as Lesley was not honest with me. I was sold a 2018 car at a value R100 000.00 more than what it should be.

Wesbank is aware of this because when you scan the lisence disk unto their App it shows the real year of registration and the original value of the car.. I have been in contact with Wesbank, the dealer and the National consumer commission.. They have all just kept me waiting.
