Released Natis with no settlement from insurance company!!

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have vehicle finance with Wesbank. Had a car which was insured by Saxum Insurance,the vehicle was written off in April. I have just found out that Wesbank realeased the original Natis to the insurance company some time in August i think, my question is How do you release the Natis when no settlement has been receieved?</p> <p> </p> <p>To make matters worse Saxum has filed for liqiudation. They have sold the vehicle( salvage) which does not belong to them as they had not yet paid the bank. But now whose problem is it? Wesbank is telling me that i still have to continue to pay the account which i think is bull**** as if they had not given away the Natis saxum would still have that car and I could get it back sell it my self or fix it then continue paying the bank because obviously i would have the car back with me. Now Wesbank has basically "given" away my vehicle and expecting me to take responsibililty of an oversight on their part. Totally unaccaptable!!!!!</p> <p>I want Wesbank to take full responsibily for realesing the Natis and Wesbank be the one who now goes after the insurance as they have given them the Natis so they have basically given away the car so why must i be held responsible now?</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Linda Ngaleka</p> <p>Account ********** 2934</p> <p>***</p>
