Release of the car not confirmed

I'm supposed to pick up the car today in Roodeport. I drove all the way from Sandton. When I get here I'm told the car is not confirmed on the system. I'm already late for work. These African Bank people are not picking up since 8:00am to 8:30am. I have done every ounce request from my side.

This is how Wesbank conduct business. I have been a subjected to bad service for the last 2weeks.
