Release of surety

I have now been battling for the last two weeks trying to get this sorted out on the ex wife's account Account No ********** 8554. At the time of purchase I was asked to sign consent form as we were married COP which holds me jointly and severely liable for this account , as we are no longer married and in terms of the Decree of Divorce ( a copy of which I have supp**** Wesbank ) ,all her liabilities and assets are for her account , I have requested a letter from Wesbank stating that I no longer are held jointly and severely liable for this account
