Rejected Claim

I bought a vehicle it is a chevrolet utility second hand vehicle i was forced by wesbank to get an extended warranty on the vehicle as the vehicle is second hand when i submitted the claim i just heard from the garage that the claim on my clutch has been rejected and that i will receive feedback and nothing was send to my why and i feel that it is not my fault as the vehicle was mot used alot the vehicle was standing most of the time. In my previous dealings i never had a problem with motorite and i thought this was an amazing company but i was seriously mistaken by this so o will advise any body not to do any business with them. How can you force that a waranty needs to be taken but it gets rejected i can rather use that money and repair this vehicle
