Regless lending with no income protection

Hi<br> <br> I worked for Eskom as a contractor from 2009 until Dec 2014 when my contract was just stopped.<br> I this time I have bought a few vehicles through Wes bank with no problem and was paying on time.<br> In 2013 I bought an Audi Q7 that was the only car anybody would take my Mercedes on as it was out of the maintenance plan.<br> The Mercedes was under 500 thousand and I had an income protection on it so when I sat with the Wes bank consultant I asked to include the income protection.<br> After my contact was stopped December 2014 I still paid the as I could but with time I got behind.<br> I only then found that I had no income protection on the Audi. They gave me over to their debt collection and I had to consult with a very rude and mind set person. She just wanted to take the vehicle and even put a collection firm on me that kept on calling me to ask for photos of the vehicle? They tried to take the vehicle back and I did not want that as I would have been without transport and if I got work I would not be able to do it as I am doing now?<br> I then called again and asked that I want to work with someone else and not the allocated person and had my problem solved as he understood my predicament
