Refused my refund after double debit

I'm very disappointed at wesbank, I asked for payment holiday since I was going through some difficult time and they agreed to reduce my car installment for three months and everything was going well until this month with is the last month for our agreement and to my surprise they double debited me, they took the reduced amount and my normal installment. I called them the following day the lady said she can see the agreement but not sure how and why it wasn't honored and I should go to my bank and reverse it, my bank refused since it a debicheck, I called again they said I must wait for the funds to reflect on their side than they will reverse it, today they telling me they can't refund me because I'm in arrears whereas they agreed to my reduced installment. They have let me down as we speak my kids are at home no money for their transport and food, I can't even get to work I feel let down and would advise everyone against Wesbank Il take this to social media. Thank you for ruining my life
