REFUSE TO FINANCE ME - EVEN AFTER A SETTLEMENT LETTER - THOUGH I QUALIFY

<p>I am an FNB client, i am currently in the market for a car; went to Mecerdez Tzannen and the dealership process un application for vehicle financing and it was rejected due to a judgement against my name. I contacted the said service provider and settled the account in full. They gave me a settlement letter, which according to wesbank when i phoned their contact centre was going to be sufficient for them to proceed with the deal. The finance lady at the dealership say they always promise clients to consider and that a motivation is enough but they always decline. It will take months before the info can be updated at ITC, why are we treated this way. I mean, i was retreached, i lost my job which is why i could not pay. And i expect my bank to be on my side and support me on this. Affordability is not an issue in this regard and by the virtue of me settling the account, that should be enough. I was told it will be considered and that i needed to produce that, but now???</p> <p>Please have a look at your values, policies around this and most of all common sense. I i paid today the debt is settled, for the bank to say they want the ITC update that is when they will believe me, is rediculous.</p>
