Refusal to provide Settlement Letter
I have two Renaults financed with Wesbank.
One is in my personal capacity and the second in my business capacity (MJ Hood & Associates Attorneys).
One of them has been written off - the Kwid in the name of my business.
I have requested a settlement letter from Miles Ntsangani at Wesbank more than 10 times over the past month. He insists on sending both myself and our insurance company the settlement letter for the wrong car. I have even sent him the monthly statement we receive from you for the car that has been written off.
He has responded telling me that the systems are off line, then that he has sent the letter (even though he has been informed at least 6 times that it is for the wrong car) and he has now told me to phone him. Since when does the client have to phone the company? Why does he not call me??
