Refunding of Credit amount on accounts
On the 2016/05/04 I have requested assistance with regards to two accounts closed on my name after settlement amounts was paid. These two accounts is showing a credit capital amount on both. Only on the 2016/05/06 after phoning the call center did I get a half mail back with bad Grammar indicating that Wesbank owes me nothing. I immediately rep**** to the mail with a attachment indicating proof that Wesbank owes me money. I have received read receipt on my mail but no response till date. Can someone senior please get in contact with me by COB Monday 2016/05/09!

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Our agents have made contact with you to advise that there was no refund due and have explained that the interest will reflect as a credit amount once the account is settled, however the contract balance will reflect a 0 balance. Please accept our sincere apologies for the manner in which feedback was relayed. The matter has been escalated to respective management to ensure that the appropriate training has been given to the employee in question.
