recovery fee for account

<p>In short my car was supposed to be paid on the 3rd of May which it wasn't because I am a commission earner and that is why I opted for an EFT and not a debit order. I was called on the 9th of May to be told that my car is in arrears and I need to make payment of the instalment plus R 495 for recovery fees? Um excuse me? Since when are we being handed over for an account that is 5 days in arrears? I need this sorted. I will not pay this amount. It is also reflecting on my statement. </p>
