Really bad service

I cannot believe that Wesbank does not have a shared server. Today I went to their branch because I needed assistance and they had to call the main office because they were unable to assist. The whole day I have been told that the only person who can offer me assistance is Melinda Heneke who I have been calling and leaving messages for her to no avail.

I cannot believe such a big enterprise can have such low level of assistance. I have trying to get hold of Meli
