R50,775.67 Refund due unreasonably withheld
I traded my car in and had it settled on 14 May 2022. My account had a financial closure of R50,775.67 in credit that still shows on my online profile even to this day. When I submitted a refund claim to Wesbank I was informed that there is no money due to me and yet the capital balance is sitting at -R50,775.67.
