Quick to take money not owed. Not quick to give it back!

What a disappointment! We have been loyal customers since 2017 when we bought our bakkie. Our debit order went off every month. Last month, we were able to settle our debt. But another payment still went off on the first of April. I've been struggling since then to get a refund. Every time I'm told that I'll receive it within 48 hours. This morning, I'm told that the refund was only put on the system on Saturday 15 April. And it will take 5 to 8 working days to be paid into my account. I've needed that money for other debit orders to go off. And thanks to Wesbank's poor customer service, I am behind on my commitments. Shame on you!
