Quick to rush people who owe you but very slow to refund those you owe
I've been waiting for you to refund me. I've sent all the documents you asked for. If I owed you, I would be inundated with calls every 5 minutes but you can go silent when you have to refund someone.

I started enquiring about the refund on the 13th October 2023 and a month later I still haven't received any feedback, yet if I owed you money, you would be calling me 5 times a day to make payment arrangements that suit you.
