Query regarding Legal Documents
I sent an email regarding a Legal document received from Wesbank on which I had a few concerns & queries. We received a letter from Wesbank for a warrant of repossession of goods and a court order. I had the following questions:

Spelling error on the warrant document?
On the order the Plaintiff is Wesbank but the address details in the warrant where the asset has to be delivered is not Wesbank's address but a residential address of a private house?
On the warrant document the asset is described with the model number but in the paragraph the document refers to a vehicle?
There is no date on the last page of the warrant document which is sent from the High Court?
There is no signature on the court order stamp from the Registrar of the High Court?
The heading on the court order only states ORDER and not COURT ORDER?
The stamp on the court order is unclear?
When I specifically asked Sonja Viljoen how this is possible to have a description on the warrant but then they refer to vehicle her reply was \the fact that they refer to vehicle is because most of the assets attached and removed are vehicles". I rep**** to her that this does not make sense & this can't just be assumed!"""
