Pvt vehicle finance at Wesbank is waste of time!

App**** for finance and the more expensive car I have to pay no dep and the 160k cheaper car wesbank asks 30% dep? How can you ask no dep on the expensive car and 30% on the cheaper one? Makes no sense! Guess what I am still waiting for a feedback after my banker said he is going to write a motivation letter? Why does he need to write a motivation letter???? My pvt banker told me sir don't go with absa let wesbank do the application!! March I bought a car and absa helped me sameday finance and guess what I am still waiting for wesbank to come back to me 5 months later! Have to say wesbank service is pathetic! No feedback and pls remove your self help finance thing you offer cause it's such a waste of time and you never get any feedback!! Fnb pvt client vehicle finance is also a waste of time! Absa pvt bank you send otp and you get updated all the time! Fnb nothing! You have to ask all the time what is going on? How far is the application exct! Wesbank is not for me will never try wesbank again! Pls don't send me email saying high priority complaint cause that is also bull****! All fnb wants to do is give you a call and then send you email case is closed! Where is wesbank manager who can pick up the phone and sort stuff out?? Wait he will get back to you....... !! Pls don't call me! Pls don't email me ! If I don't have to hear from wesbank ever again it's to soon!
