Proof of Ownership

I finished paying off my car in 2015, eight years later when i find out my car is still registered as property of Wesbank, i then called them and they are pushing me from pillar to post. I just need a letter to allow me to cross the border with my car (then we sort out the ownership of my car issue when i come back after 3 days) and they don't want to give me one. i urgently need this letter.

They are now telling me stories and the lady that i spoke to told me straight i will not be getting that letter from Wesbank until ownership is transferred to me.

I have sent them emails, and they never answer their calls, ever!!!!!. I need this letter today because i am leaving on Thursday

This is pathetic service. I am super disappointed!!!
