Profile not showing up on online banking

<p>My Wesbank vehicle finnancing profile is not showing up on my premier profile. Neither Wesbank nor FNB is owning up and I keep getting passed from bank to bank. This issue was not esculated and Wesbank seemed unwilling to pass me to a superviser/manager to sort this out, citing that manager are busy people. </p> <p>They were also unwilling to take down the details over the phone and sort it out internally, expecting me to continue phoning call centres for both banks until the issue sorted itself out. I have been waiting a month fo the profile to show up.</p>
