Professionalism when it matters

I would like to give a compliment to the professional service received from MM Clearances in Wesbank. After struggling for weeks to get authorisation , I only have praise for the effort the staff put in in trying to assist me. They were professional, understanding and very helpful until we were able to get the authorisation needed. Thank you
