Problems with unupdated account details
On the 6th of July, i specifically logged into my Wesbank Profile and instructed to updated Wesbank to update my new debit order details with my new account. after which they asked me to sent through proof banking details, which i then did.

St the end of the month, Wesbank went on to debit just for the one account of my vehicles and then the other one didnt go through. 3Days later, i was some from Collections Solutions by the name Precious called me to inform me my account was in arrears and i have to pay the debit order together with Interest and collection fees of R400.

I was shocked considering that i uodated these details more than 3weeks ago!
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and affording us the opportunity to address your concerns.
Let us also use this opportunity to humbly apologise for this poor service delivery and the inconvenience you have experienced. WesBank goes to great lengths to render unsurpassed service excellence to all our valued customers with every interaction. It is therefore extremely disappointing when we fall short of this goal as this does not speak to our service ethos.
We have confirmed that you did supply us with the requested proof of banking details on 6 July 2015 and in acknowledgment of our oversight, we will duly reverse both the interest accrued as well as any penalties once the outstanding instalment is recovered.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.
Yours sincerely,
WesBank
