PRIVATE VEHICLE FINANCE DEPARTMENT- SLOW AND DISAPPOINTING SERVICE

<p>I've app**** for vehicle finance about a month back and it was approved, I had tried contacting the assigned marketer for over a week, a bunch of emails and calls later someone finally at the call centre has told me the marketer that was handling my application no longer works there. she had escalated the query and requested a new marketer be appointed and had taken down the sellers details, to speed up the process. it has been another week and a half and neither myself nor the seller has been contacted. this is absolutely disappointing and pathetic service.</p>
