Private Vehicle Finance

On Wednesday 22 July, I saw a car on Gumtree that I fell in-love with and around 10am app**** with FNB's private vehicle finance, received an approved email saying I should expect a call within 6 hours to guide me through the process, around 3 I followed up on the email as I have heard nothing. Then only I got an email asking for my documents for verification, I sent all my docs the next day, 23 July. Friday after still hearing nothing from FNB, I gave them a call to find out the status of my application as I knew this car would be sold very quickly, they told me they haven't received one of my documents(which was attached), and I resent it . They said they would get back to me latest Monday. I called them again Saturday morning and was told that my docs have still not been verified and Cindy would get back to me by latest Monday. By then the car was already sold....I then saw another vehicle I want and called them on Monday to find out the status, then I was told their systems had been offline and it only came on 5 minutes ago and that Cindy would call me back. It is now 28 July,5 days later and I still NOTHING!!! Pathetic service-we will attend to your email within 24 hours???

(Supplier name changed from First National Bank to Wesbank by Hellopeter.com)
