Prescribed Debt!!!!!!!!!!
This establishment has *******y sold my debt that should have been prescribed to a debt collecting firm!!!! I have sent this to the banking ombudsman to investigate further as getting a response to my queries with Wesbank has proved to be impossible!!!!!!

21 Jan 2021, 11:06Complaints Resolution - why call it that? when the person you get to call me answers everything in generic terms using example's unrelated to me. When I ask questions its not answered but rather given more examples and when I ask again I just get cut off or spoken over- what's the point? To heighten my frustration??? Pathetic, definitely not customer resolution , should be called *********** institution as a whole. FYI the email you were referring to was sent here on hellopeter not my email address, next time check your facts!
