Poor Unprofessional Bully Service

Complaint sent on behlaf of partner (MR JOSHUA POWER - ***

My car was repossessed on Monday, 23rd May in Johannesburg South by two gentleman using some kind of fancy tracking system. I was parked at a mall and they parked me in. They were rude and unprofessional, caused a scene at the mall as if I had refused or ****** the car, hurried me to remove my belongings from the car which resulted in me leaving my leather bound bible, a pair of levis sunglasses in the roof compartment, boosting cables and my son's Nike cap ( I want those back please, soonest)

Firstly I know I am in arrears regarding my installments but I had been making my monthly payments of between R2000 and R3000 which I dont think you guys took into consideration when repossessing my car.

Secondly, I received two phone calls in the space of 5 weeks from a gentleman claiming to be calling from Wesbank telling me that my car will be repossessed and I told him that I do not understand as I have been making my monthly payments.

Thirdly, the ONLY written correspondence I have received from Wesbank is a letter notifying my car will be repossessed if I don't make payments, this was about 4 weeks ago and another which was emailed on 26th May regarding the new Credit Act. And a short notice from a Badena Mohamed telling me that I have to make full payment for the car or not get it back. And last week notification that my that my car will be sold within 10 days of receipt of letter if i fail to raise remaining balance owing on vehicle.

There was NO court order, no sherrif of the court, nothing as per repossession laws in SA. WHY OH WHY WESBANK????!!!
