POOR SERVICES

I emailed webank a year ago telling them my car insurance declined my claim after having an accident due to a tyre burst and when my tyres were inspected they were in perfect condition. my car was written off and im still paying you guys, I have reached the conclusion that I will stop paying this car until you reslove this issue with the insurance I was with. the last person I was refered was Miles Ntsangani
