Poor service

My bike and bakkie were financed by wesbank and after settling, I requested my natis documents.

Wesbank came up with some excuses to make money and ask me to pay money to get my papers delivered. I have paid the money and since then I am not gettinf my papers. I even called and I an asked to send the email with proof of payment. They have my money and I used the reference they asked me to use. All I need is my bakkie and bike papers
