POOR SERVICE AND TURNAROUND TIMES

<p>***</p> <p><br />To Whom It may concern</p> <p><br />I app**** for private vehicle finance which was approved on the 09/06/2017. I received a call from Lavern Hartley from WESBANK who requested docs. I sent her all the sellers docs and also the DEKRA report for the vehicle on the 13/06/2017 at 10:22am. I called her numerous times and also sent her emails with no response.</p> <p><br />I will appreciate if this is expedited urgently</p> <p>I need to conclude the sale and take delivery of the vehicle ASAP. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards Avin</p>
