Poor service and administration
This company has such admin issues! Its not even funny. Made a written arrangement for some arrears on my vehicle. I have paid my agreed upon payment on time every month. Yet they persist in calling me! WAKE UP WESBANK! You are fast asleep! I would never use you again or recommend you!
