Poor Service.
Good day. Am experiencing poor service with wesbank, my vehicle was written-off and the insurance paid off my debt with wesbank but to my surprise.. the bank debited and i called them on the 17th, they promised to make refund till to date, everytime when i call they make excuses but promising me they gonna refund.. How does one get help?? Am worried.
