Poor Service

i called beginning of January to request assistance with regards to my account as im currently unemployed and looking for a job. The lady I spoke to on *** said she cannot assist me as my account was up to date, she said I cannot make any arrangements if my account is up to date. she said I must call after the due date as my account would have been handed over to them(pre legal) only then can I be assisted with an arrangement.<br> when I called after my due date(after the 25th of January),I spoke to a different lady now gave me different information, she said not only do I owe for January but I also need to pay legal fees amounting to R3000 which the first lady did not mention. she told me the bank will not allow an arrangement because of the amount I owe, she said the bank will go through the process of repossessing the car.i told the lady I had previously dealt with Rosa from specialized collection and she gave me all amounts I needed to pay and there was no mention of other costs.i was then advised to speak to Rosa,i emailed Rosa on the 27th of January 2016 and she responded saying I owe for December 2015 and January 2016 which is also different information from the other 2
