POOR SERVICE

I procures a vehicle from a colleague and wanted to finance it through Wesbank. I did an online application and it was approved within minutes. Great service I thought. However, I had to submit 4 documents before the deal could go through. I called the call centre and was transferred to \my Finance guy". I will not mention his name. I mentioned that I stay in Cape Town and the vehicle is in Pretoria and I could drive it down to Cape Town this weekend if all went through. He said it would be fine and has received all the documents. He will contact me Monday morning (this was Friday). After lunch Monday"
