Poor, Incompetant, Bad, terrible and Self Service

This is my first … service I received from a company. I app**** online for finance and that took me too long as there is a difference in the Cheque account numbers and transmission account numbers. How should I know this without information and when you call in to enquire you are sent from accounts to I.T as not even their own employers know the difference? Two days later I’m approved and how do I know this by email. All documents drawn up without a consultation. When I called in to enquire whats the next process and who will be handling my matter, I’m introduced to Ayanda. He then explains to me what will happen and promises to get back to me. I called at 16:45 and Ayanda had left office. I called the next morning and spoke to Ethan as Ayanda was not available, a struggle got me through to Senior Bontle Tshabala. By this time the car I was interested in was sold. I gave Bontle new data for a second vehicle and received same day service from Dylan at Title Guard who was serviced with all the relevant seller information. I then gave it a day as I was confident that all will go well. So I called the seller this morning and he had never received any documents as Dylan had an incorrect email address which I discovered. With the unsatisfied service I called Wesbank to speak to Bontle, but she was not at work today and explained the situation to the chap on the other side and asked him to contact Title Guard and he said that I must contact them, I rep**** “but your company hired them to do the vehicle checks and status?” I then called Dylan and informed and mailed him the email address. By this time my seller had given up and sold the vehicle to someone else. So now I’m waiting on Wesbank to call me as I’ve logged a second complaint with the company.
