Poor financer

My car is in arrears. I have sent several messages to wesbank trying to arrange none of my emails were responded to. They sent a lady called Nonzukiso to come collect the car which she wanted a bribe. She promised to keep it in her storage. Later on an sms came that the car will be sold for 50000 oh okay. The car was beyond repair my insurance declined even to date I was still fixing it the windows are loose and the front is damaged, no air bags dash board is fully destroyed and it is heating. I asked again and I am still May I keep fixing the car and arrange for settling the account. No insurance wants to cover that car because it has so many existing conditions that makes it not worthy to drive. But wesbank sent a ******* to take is while I am spending money on fixing it
