Poor customer service from Wesbank Legal ruining my business

I had a loan with Wesbank that was handed to legal, when I was unemployed. I subsequently settled this loan. However, when I started a business and tried to open a business account, it is blocked by the outstanding loan account at Wesbank, which I settled. I have been trying to get hold of legal services with no luck to obtain confirmation of my payment. It's dead, absolutely no response.
