Poor Customer Service

On the 15th of August I sent an email to Wesbank and recieved and automated email stating that I will recieve a response in 48hrs. I still havent recieved any response.

I was contacted by Wesbank 2 weeks ago and was left a voice message and was told that Wesbank will call me back. I have not received a call since and this morning I received a call from Wesbank advising that I forward proof of insurance within 7 days in which failing to do so would mean Wesbank adding an insurance cover which I have no choice but to pay as the car belongs to Wesbank. I agree that the car belongs to Wesbank as it is still under a finance agreement, however please point me to the clause whereby the car needs to be comprehensively insured or the clause that states that should the vehicle not be comprehensively insured then Wesbank has the right to add an insurance cover with or without my consent.

In simple terms, all I am asking Wesbank to do is point me to the clause and I will gladly accept this however I want this in writing via email. I do not want to speak to a consultant.
